Like it’s namesake Ivar the pub mascot, it’s full of surprises and will require your full attention! It presents as a clean crisp flavorful beer with a biscuity dry finish! Coming in at a mellow 5.3 ABV, it’s an easy drinking light beer that pairs extremely well with pizza. It is largely composed of Marris Otter, Aromatic and Rye Malt. Ivar’s Ale is a British Golden Ale and the first in our Flag Ship line up.
